Thank you Roland. I listened to your words with many tears and pain in my heart.
I cannot turn my attention to the conflict in Ukraine without including the suffering of so many who are also living with the horror of war, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Myanmar, Ethiopia to name but a few. It seems the world is ruled by despots. You only have to stand in Calais, in France, to see the continual mass of humanity fleeing from conflict and terror.
Moving my attention closer to home and watching and experiencing what is happening in Canada, I feel overwhelm, such pain in my heart, anger and helplessness. I wonder if I am going insane.
Your words are helpful, providing a way out of the hopelessness and despair. You are right we need to own our part in the energetic contribution to conflict. Outrage and anger only fuel the conflict.
I have used the Ho’oponopono prayer, in the past, in helping heal family issues. Thank you for the reminder of this wonderful process, I already feel a lightness in my heart, knowing there is a positive contribution I can make to healing conflict.

I agree with you 110%! The Ukrainian people and all the people from neighbouring countries who are helping take them in need our prayers and tears. We must keep the pressure on governments to end this too familiar brutal attack on innocent, beautiful, people.
Thank you, Roland, for this wise meditation from Hawaii’s indigenous people. Each of us contributes to the human energy field. It’s important for us to acknowledge our individual contributions that flow from the emotional inner conflicts we carry as well as from the amount of peaceful energies we provide. Larger conflicts mirror our own smaller ones. Acceptance and love for ourselves, for leaders of war, for participants and for those who suffer will bring more Light into the Darkness so more can be seen clearly.

Obwohl ich kein Englisch verstehe, gingen die Worte tief. Eine dicke Angst-Mauer bezüglich den Erdgewalten, ist gerade bei mir eingebrochen, und ich fühle, mit vielen Tränen des Herzens, erstmalig in meinem 67 jährigen Leben, ein Verständnis, eine Verbundenheit, Dankbarkeit und unendliche Liebe zu unserer Mutter Erde und zu dem kostbaren Geschenk des Wassers.
