Oyster and Polarity
Polarization has a bad rap in our society. As a political phenomenon it is unquestionably alarming as opposing opinions do not necessarily cause a greater stability through greater diversity but often result in conflict and separation.
Polarities in nature, however, create beauty, stability and health. Both sides do not separate, they complement each other, they attract each other, they dance with each other.
Come with me to the beach and we will listen to what the oyster has to say about this topic.
Thanks Roland i have a tough outer shell too….lol
Roland, thank you for this wonderful wisdom about polarity and its layers in the physical body, the mind and the emotional nervous system. I have a habit of retreating into my vulnerability. Now that I am recognizing and using my “no” to stand up for myself when necessary, I am feeling safer and more able to be vulnerable in connection. I feel grateful for your skillful teaching.
Thank you Roland,
